Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React for the frontend and NodeJS for the backend.
• Architect and implement efficient and scalable system architectures.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and present solutions. 
• Lead and mentor junior developers within the tech team, providing guidance and support.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in web development.
• Contribute to code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React for building user interfaces.
• Solid experience with NodeJS and its associated frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable system architectures.
• Experience in handling client meetings, understanding their needs, and communicating technical solutions effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring tech teams, providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• During the initial 6-month period, the salary will be up to ₹20,000 per month.
• Upon successful performance review after 6 months, the salary will be increased to up to ₹25,000 per month, based on your demonstrated skills and contributions.
• ESOP will be provided on completion of year 1.
