A leading global technology company in the payments industry in Dublin is now looking for 3 Full Stack Engineers with Java and React.

The Senior Software Engineer will play a critical role in creating new product functionality within the Client's platform, including world-class backend and consumer-facing features.

Role: Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, mentorship/leadership experience preferred)

Type: 12-month contract (possible for extension)

Location: Dublin

Work model: hybrid (3 days per week in Dublin office)

MUST HAVE: Stamp 4 or EU passport

You will:

• Work with a team of talented engineers to develop high-performance, high-volume Java applications.
• Develop Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Angular/React and microservices architecture.
• Assist with production support issues by acting as the point-of-contact and subject matter expert in resolving incidents and problem tickets.
• Work closely with technical leads, business & system analysts to define features and user stories.
• Contribute to the planning and development of software solutions.
• Possess the aptitude to quickly learn and contribute tothe Client's complex platform.

You bring at least 5 years of experience with:

• Java SDK 1.8 or greater (Proven proficiency in Java and Spring Boot)
• FrontEnd experience with Angular or REACT - preferred
• Capability in guiding junior engineers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
