Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location and Workplace: Cebu, Philippines (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to 130,000 PHP, depending on experience

Summary:

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to spearhead the development of an innovative knowledge management platform designed to help business owners organize and scale their operations more effectively. You’ll be leading the technical team, shaping the system architecture, and driving high-impact projects from conception to deployment.

About the Job

You’ll be working with a tight-knit technical team (3–5 developers) and collaborating with a broader group of around 20 professionals across various departments.

Key Duties:

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable front-end and back-end systems using Vue.js, Laravel, Laravel Vapor, MySQL, and AWS.
• Guide the team through sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to prioritize and deliver on key milestones.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement optimizations across the system.
• Mentor junior developers, promote best practices, and help establish engineering standards.
• Ensure that the platform infrastructure is secure, cost-efficient, and scalable in a serverless AWS environment.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Deep experience with Vue.js for building dynamic, responsive front-end applications.
• Expertise in Laravel and Laravel Vapor for back-end development and serverless deployment.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database architecture and optimization techniques.
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Experience working on SaaS platforms or enterprise-level applications.
• Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and automated testing frameworks.
