We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Java (backend). You’ll work across the stack – from developing rich UI components to designing secure APIs and integrating with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ArangoDB. Experience with AWS and DevSecOps practices is highly desirable. Exposure to AI/ML is a plus and will open opportunities to work on GenAI-based features. 

Key Responsibilities 

· Frontend Development 

o Build responsive, modular, and accessible UI components using React.js 

o Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices into frontend applications 

o Ensure performance optimization and modern UI/UX standards 

· Backend Development 

o Develop robust APIs and services using Java (Spring Boot or equivalent) 

o Implement authentication, role-based access, and secure API communication 

o Build data models and logic for scalable processing 

· Database & Storage 

o Work with multiple data stores including MongoDB, ArangoDB, and PostgreSQL 

o Design and optimize schemas and queries for performance and reliability 

· Cloud & DevSecOps 

o Deploy applications on AWS using services such as EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, or Lambda 

o Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CodePipeline 

o Apply DevSecOps best practices including container security (Docker, ECR), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and runtime monitoring 

· Team Collaboration & Agility 

o Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros) 

o Work closely with product, design, and AI engineers to build secure and intelligent systems 

Core Requirements 

· Frontend: React.js, Redux, Tailwind or Material UI, TypeScript/JavaScript 

· Backend: Java, Spring Boot (or similar frameworks), REST APIs 

· Databases: MongoDB, ArangoDB (preferred), PostgreSQL 

· Cloud: AWS core services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.) 

· DevSecOps: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices 

Preferred (Bonus) Skills 

· Exposure to GraphQL or gRPC APIs 

· Familiarity with serverless frameworks or Kubernetes 

· AI/ML or GenAI integration experience using open-source models 

· Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, ELK, Prometheus) 

· Understanding of red-teaming, threat modeling, or security scanning tools
