Our learning platforms are designed to combine LLM-powered AI tutors with human educators, ensuring scale without sacrificing quality. While AI delivers instant, personalized lessons and quizzes, teachers provide emotional intelligence, mentorship, and support for complex learning needs.

Teachers:

• Oversee AI-driven lesson plans
• Track learning progress in real-time dashboards

By removing repetitive grading and lectures, we empower educators to focus on high-impact, one-on-one interventions—augmenting, not replacing them.

Role Overview: Full Stack Developer & Technical Mentor

We're hiring talented Full Stack Developers who will:

• Build a next-generation AI-powered fintech and digital banking platform
• Mentor and train junior developers transitioning from legacy technologies (PHP/Laravel/Angular)
• Leverage advanced AI development and testing tools to speed up and enhance software delivery

This is an on-site role in Kochi, collaborating directly with the US product and engineering teams.

🛠️ Your ResponsibilitiesProduct Development (60–70%)

• Build Java Spring Boot-based microservices with Kafka and MySQL Cluster
• Create React + Tailwind CSS frontends with dynamic, secure UX
• Ensure PCI-DSS and SOC2 compliance for fintech services
• Integrate third-party platforms (Plaid, Stripe, Auth0, accounting software)
• Use applied AI development tools:
• Devin.ai for AI-assisted coding and sprint planning
• Replit and bolt.new for rapid full stack prototyping
• Claude.ai, Google Gemini 2.5 Pro, and OpenAI DevTools for code reviews, logic modeling, and documentation
• Grok, AI-driven QA suites, and LLM test agents for coverage and regression testing
• Work with AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3) and modern CI/CD workflows
• Participate in secure coding practices and architectural reviews

Technical Mentorship (30–40%)

• Upskill junior engineers transitioning from older stacks
• Lead code reviews, technical sessions, and architecture walkthroughs
• Create AI-native training content and programming exercises
• Establish dev team standards and promote best practices
• Contribute to our internal learning culture through mentorship

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3+ years with Java Spring Boot and React
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL Cluster
• Proficient in Docker, AWS (EKS, S3, EC2), and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI-assisted development (Devin, Replit, Claude, etc.)
• Understanding of security standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2, OWASP)
• Experience mentoring or training developers

Preferred:

• 5+ years in full stack fintech product development
• Experience in banking, lending, or payments
• Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS DevOps experience
• Prior exposure to PHP/Laravel
• AI-based QA experience and familiarity with OpenAI, Grok, Gemini
• AWS certifications (DevOps or Solutions Architect)
