Mandatory Skills Description:

Technical Skills:

• Strong full-stack developers with expertise in Angular, Node.js, Java

• Experience in development with Kafka, Redis, Web Socket

• Database technologies: RDBMS (Postgres preferred)

• Software languages: NodeJS, Angular, Java

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, preferably Azure too

• Cloud Managed Services: RDS, Messaging, Server-less Computing (AWS Lambda)

• Containerization (Docker)

• DevOps: GitLab - pipeline(s)

Qualification and Soft Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Strong desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.

• Customer-driven and result-oriented focus.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Can independently manage and drive end-to-end solutions

• Require minimal handholding or supervision

• Have solid experience in scalable application design and development

• Demonstrate clear growth and continuous upskilling
