About The Role

🎉 We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Laravel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Laravel for both backend and frontend needs, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient system performance.

Employment Location (Sibiu, Romania):

We require your presence in the office 4 times a month. We prefer candidates from Sibiu, Romania, but are willing to accept candidates at a reasonable travel distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
  
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework
• Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SCSS
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integrations
• Solid understanding of MySQL and database optimization techniques
• Proven track record in building and maintaining large-scale, enterprise-level web applications and platforms
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred, React or Angular accepted)
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Should have a good command of English, both written and Verbal communication
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Laravel development
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization for deployment
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest)
