Job Description:

Day to Day:

  • Be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full web applications life cycle, from conception to deployment as well as working to upgrade current applications.
  • Developing new web applications using scripting and object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar.
  • Building, maintaining, testing, and debugging modern technology stacks that include Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 devices.
  • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Upgrade features to current applications to enhance the product and user experience.
  • Maintain web applications after deployment.

Must Haves:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • A minimum of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance
  • 6+ years of relevant experience with scripting and object-oriented programming languages such as C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar
  • Familiarity with the most common SQL variations (preferably SQL Server and Postgres).
  • Working knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries like React, Vue, or Angular
  • Familiarity with the most common Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, SQS, Lambda, RDS) as well as API Creation and RESTful services
  • Experience designing, building, maintaining, testing, and debugging modern technology stacks with solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
  • Ability to communicate technical details in a clear, concise, and professional manner to diverse stakeholders
  • Must be willing to cover an on-call schedule on a rotating basis
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • A can-do team player approach with a strong sense of self-governance that can work under pressure and prioritize tasking

Education:

  • IAT Level II
  • Security Certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SCCP
  • Cisco OS Certification

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
