Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Spring and Spring Boot for backend development; Create modern, responsive user interfaces with React, following best practices for Component Design; Design, implement, and optimize databases using MongoDB, Oracle, and MariaDB; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features; Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications; Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, documenting the work done; Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Technical requirements: Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role; Strong knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot for backend development; Hands-on experience with React and Component Design; Knowledge of database technologies, including MongoDB, Oracle, and MariaDB; Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment; Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Optional Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes); Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
