Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing relational databases (MySQL, Postgres or other).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and versatile software development team.
• Strong understanding of common software development patterns.
• Driven by clean code and a forward-thinking mentality.
• Fluent in both Estonian and English.
• Solution-oriented thinker — able to assess challenges from multiple angles and contribute to strategic decisions.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience with React, Vue.js, or other major JavaScript frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
• Comfortable documenting your work for clarity and collaboration.
• Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
• A true team player—actively contributing to discussions, supporting teammates, and learning from each other.
