Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on a range of exciting web and mobile projects, helping to build scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing applications from front to back.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers, and have real input into technical decisions and product direction.

• Build, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.
• Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise performance across applications.

We work with a modern and flexible tech stack. Here’s a snapshot of the tools and technologies we currently use or value experience in:

Frontend:

React, React Native, TypeScript, Next.js

Backend:

Java, Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs

Mobile Development:

React Native, Expo (bonus if you’ve dabbled in native iOS/Android)

Cloud & DevOps:

Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Databases:

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Redis

Tools & Version Control:

Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Confluence, VS Code, Postman, Swagger

Testing:

Jest, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, Testing Library is a plus

Bonus Points For:

Experience with microservices, serverless architecture, Agile/Scrum workflows, or design collaboration using Figma.
