Job Description: Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development:

• Design and implement efficient, reusable, and scalable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize the responsiveness of web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver user-friendly and accessible interfaces.
• Develop real-time communication features using Socket.io for seamless client-server interactions.
  
  

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend systems using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through proper design and coding practices.
• Collaborate with database administrators to design and maintain MongoDB-based systems.
  
  

General Development

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, to ensure seamless integration and operation of all features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in both frontend and backend development.
  
  

Qualifications:-

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Full-Stack, Frontend & Backend Developer.
  
  

Frontend Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
• Experience with real-time web applications and Socket.io.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  
  

Backend Skills

• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  
  

General Skills

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
