Job Description
The Full Stack Developer will support the corrective, adaptive, preventive, and perfective maintenance of maritime systems software. This role involves best practices in software design, development, and automated testing using DevSecOps methodologies within an Agile team. The ideal candidate will be capable of identifying dependencies, managing complex problems, and developing rapid solutions to meet program goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform software systems development including design, development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Support enhancement and maintenance activities for data ingestion and exploitation applications.
Engage in software requirements analysis and execute tasks for software product development.
Work with Agile teams and DevSecOps pipelines.
Identify and manage software and hardware dependencies.
Maintain system documentation and participate in peer reviews and unit testing.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline and 6+ years of prior relevant experience, OR a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, OR 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI post hire
Experience in software development or integration projects in cloud, SOA, web services, or virtualization environments
Proficiency in AWS/cloud technologies and cloud-based architectures
Familiarity with software architectural, development, and sustainment practices
Experience with development using Vue, ColdFusion, JavaScript, .NET (VB, C#), Python
Experience integrating Oracle/Postgres spatial databases
Familiarity with Git/GitLab and source code control tools
Use of collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and RocketChat
Desired Qualifications
Experience with deployment platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
Pay Range
$90-130k
