About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2 to 6 years of experience to manage and oversee the development of a ride-hailing app for iOS and Android platforms. Initially, the app will be developed by an external agency, and the Full Stack Developer will work alongside the agency, gradually taking over responsibilities as we build an in-house development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, overseeing the technical aspects of the app, and driving its long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the agency to ensure the mobile app (iOS/Android) is developed according to specifications.
• Gradually transition the development to an in-house team.
• Oversee the backend, dashboard, and mobile development to ensure timely delivery, quality, and scalability.
• Ensure effective communication between the team, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Take charge of the app's technical direction, including managing APIs, databases, and overall architecture.
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges during development.
• Monitor the app’s performance and ensure it meets user requirements and quality standards.
• Play a key role in the hiring and training of new in-house developers as the team grows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in full-stack development for mobile apps, specifically iOS and Android.
• Strong experience with Flutter or React Native for mobile development.
• Proficiency in PHP or Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with Angular for dashboard development.
• Experience in ride-hailing app development is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
