• Industry Experience: 10+ years of experience in the software development industry, with 

a focus on building and maintaining highly available backend services.  

• Web Development: 7+ years of experience designing, developing and deploying web 

applications specifically  

• React/Typescript: Senior level experience building production React/Typescript 

application, including testing, tooling and deployments 

• Experience on Rust & Web Assembly (WASM) 

• Backend development experience: Experience working on production backend systems 

in either GoLang or .NET  

• CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation: Familiarity with fully automated CI/CD 

workflows, including infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform.  

• Requirements Translation: Ability to work cross-functionally with business and 

technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  

• Learning and Development: Commitment to continuous learning and skills development 

in emerging technologies. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• AWS Training: Developer Associate certification or above.  

• Golang Development: Demonstrated experience with Golang in recent projects.  

• Microservices and Containerization: Knowledge of microservice architecture and 

experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
