About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Full Stack Developer based in Mumbai to join our dynamic team. We are looking for strong problem solvers with a genuine passion for development and continuous self-learning. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge web applications. This role requires handling the entire lifecycle of end-to-end systems, from initial analysis and design through implementation, quality assurance, and final delivery.

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Mumbai Based Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs to ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with UI/UX designers to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and actively mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues that arise in production environments, providing timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime and maintain application stability.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and reliable full-stack solutions using our preferred tech stack (Node.js with Next.js or React.js), ensuring high performance and responsiveness across the application.

• An avid problem-solver with strong analytical skills, who loves tackling complex technical challenges head-on.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of software development best practices and design patterns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Preferred Tech Stack Proficiency : Strong expertise in Node.js for server-side development combined with experience in either React.js or Next.js for building user interfaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience with either React.js or Next.js.
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
