About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing

team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies,

excellent communication skills, and a good grasp of software design and architecture principles.

You’ll play a key role in building scalable, high-performing web applications that deliver business

impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them
  
  

into technical solutions.

• Architect system components with an emphasis on maintainability, reusability, and
  
  

performance.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and technical guidelines.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• Frontend: Strong experience with React.js / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3,
  
  

JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Backend: Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Database: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,
  
  

MongoDB).

• API: Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Architecture: Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and modular
  
  

architectures.

• DevOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, Git, and cloud platforms like
  
  

AWS/GCP/Azure.

• Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools and frameworks.
• Monitoring & Log consolidation solution development:
• Must have hands-on experience in building monitoring and log consolidation
  
  

solutions using tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus + Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar.

• Should be able to design and implement end-to-end observability for applications
  
  

including metrics, logging, and alerting.

Nice To Have

• Exposure to serverless architectures or container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
