We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer Backend (PHP/TypeScript) to work in a remote setup for our Europe-based client. For this role, we only process candidates who are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines. By merging smart tools, technologies, and formats, brings campaign messages closer to content, creating value for publishers, advertisers and users alike. As a software engineer backend, you will: Build shared infrastructure and tooling to help us build better and faster Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Your Profile Experience: 3+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on PHP and TypeScript. Framework Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). E-Commerce Expertise: Proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable online shops or e-commerce platforms. API & Architecture: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integrating third-party services. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway) or equivalent cloud infrastructures, along with experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Tooling & Best Practices: Proficiency in modern front-end build tools (Webpack, npm) and a strong commitment to clean code practices, code reviews, and agile methodologies. Database Knowledge: Solid experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (ElasticSearch, ElastiCache/Redis, etc.). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, a keen eye for performance optimization, and effective communication skills in English.
