The Role

Own end-to-end features—from shaping requirements with product to shipping in production—while helping us scale to tens of thousands of concurrent AI interviews.

You will:

• Design & build APIs in Node.js / TypeScript and lightweight micro-services in Python for AI inference, data processing, and automation.
• Develop next-generation UIs with Next.js (App Router, React Server Components) optimised for performance, SEO, and AEO.
• Embed AI capabilities (OpenAI, vector DBs, RAG workflows) into job-matching, scoring, and conversational interviews.
• Own the full lifecycle: architecture, automated tests, CI/CD, observability, post-launch optimisation.
• Collaborate in a lean startup environment—product, design, data science, and founder-level stakeholders.
• Continuously improve code quality, security, and scalability (Azure Kubernetes, serverless, event-driven patterns).
