We want to provide our clients with the best services. Therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer / Front-end Developer (React) with an interest in back-end and DevOps to help us with this mission.

Who we are and what we do

We are a medium-sized team of development enthusiasts (Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owner), working in a hybrid set-up across the Czech Republic. We take care of internal applications that our Tied Agents use to manage their customers and serve our services.

What you will focus on

• Front-end development and maintenance of a web / mobile application primarily in React (Gatsby, Vite are a plus).
• Back-end development and maintenance of a web / mobile application (C#/.NET, REST API, Cosmos NoSQL).
• You will have a chance to work with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
• Collaboration with UX/UI designers and business teams.
• Innovations and new technologies are more than welcomed.

What we expect from you

• At least 2-3 years of experience with React.
• Basic knowledge of back-end in C#/.NET (or willingness to learn).
• Interest in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud services.
• Ability to think about architecture, performance, and application security.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team + excellent communication skills in English and ideally in Czech too.

How the selection process will proceed

In the first step, Petra (Talent Acquisition Partner) will call you to exchange basic information about the position and your experience. Then we will meet twice, ideally once online and once face to face. In the first round, we will get to know each other and discuss the details. In the second round, which will last 2-3 hours, you will have a more in-depth technical discussion and live coding. During the interviews, you will meet Eduardo (Development Lead) and another team members based on their availability.
