About the Job:

We are looking for a Program Analyst with expertise in .NET and Angular frameworks to develop and maintain applications, collaborate with US-based clients, and manage project execution. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, driving project management tasks, preparing and maintaining documentation, and analyzing system requirements for performance improvements. The role also involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication, and providing clear project updates, with potential travel to the US for solution implementation. Strong organizational skills, communication, and experience in project and document management are essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development using .NET and Angular.
• Experienced in project management and document management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a client-facing role.
• Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong English communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.
