Job Description

We are looking for a Middle Full Stack Developer to join our team. This project focuses on improving the daily workflow of call center agents by providing efficient tools for task management and interaction handling. Our team is developing solutions that enable agents to schedule their workday, optimize communication processes, and define caller routes before connecting with customers, ensuring a more streamlined and effective workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement software components based on design specifications.
• Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Contribute to project effort estimation and delivery timeline planning.
• Collaborate proactively with teammates and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure efficient and predictable project execution.
• Provide technical insights to support product roadmap development.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in web-based UI and Java development.
• 3-4 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Hands-on experience with Java 17 and 21, Spring Framework Core, Spring Boot , and Spring Cloud.
• Experience in Vue.js and the broader Vue ecosystem;
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with microservices architecture and writing unit tests using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
• Proficiency with GitHub and CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, with an understanding of deployment processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a detail-oriented, highly organized mindset.

• Proficiency in SASS/LESS.
• Experience with React or Angular.
