We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer with expertise in Laravel, PHP, and React to join our team. This role requires strong technical abilities as well as leadership potential—our ideal candidate will initially focus on development while proving their ability to manage and lead the team, with a clear path to promotion.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain websites, web applications, and backend infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize front-end experiences using React.
• Work on back-end development with Laravel/PHP, ensuring scalable and efficient applications.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Utilize Electron and Express.js for cross-platform applications.
• Manage and optimize databases, primarily MySQL or other SQL databases.
• Work with AWS and Linux environments to deploy and maintain applications.
• Implement best practices for source control, code review, and repository management with Git.
• Collaborate with a team while also working independently to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
• Coordinate with other Senior Developers to align development efforts, share knowledge, and maintain code quality standards.
• Support the management of the development team by mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and helping to structure and prioritize work.
• Facilitate communication between team members to ensure smooth project execution and continuous improvement.
