Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Developer (MERN) located in Gurugram. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Day-to-day activities include coding, testing, and deploying applications, collaborating with internal teams to design user-centric solutions, and maintaining and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

2 years of experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Tailwind/Bootstrap.

Familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.

Experience with REST APIs, JWT Authentication, and middleware.

Knowledge of database design and performance tuning (MongoDB Atlas preferred).

Familiarity with version control tools like Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab.

Ability to write unit and integration tests (e.g., using Jest, Mocha).

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
