What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services (Node.js, Express) integrated with AWS services (S3, SNS, Transcribe, Cognito).
• Manage and optimize secure cloud architecture (AWS ECS/Fargate, App Runner, DocumentDB).
• Contribute to client-app built with React JS and expand where needed with any other technology.
• Integrate third-party APIs(Payment gateway / Streaming applications) and manage workflows.
• Ensure applications meet strict privacy/security standards (HIPAA, SOC2).
• Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to ship features fast and iterate.

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

• Backend: Node.js (TypeScript), Express.js
• Frontend: React.js (experience with React Native is a bonus)
• Cloud: AWS (ECS, ECR, App Runner, Cognito, S3, Transcribe, SNS)
• Database: Firebase (Firestore), MongoDB (DocumentDB)
• Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven workflows

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong experience with Node.js, React.js, AWS services, and API development.
• Familiarity with Flutter / FlutterFlow or willingness to learn.
• Experience working with cloud-native applications (serverless or containerized).
• Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Security-first mindset, with understanding of compliance requirements (HIPAA preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, hybrid startup environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience in healthcare or AI-powered applications.
