What will be your role?

Are you passionate about software development and want to work in the automotive industry? At Autralis, you’ll have the chance to take full responsibility for your projects every day. You will be responsible developing and delivering flawless products that make a real impact. Your work will be essential to the success of our tools and the trust our customers place in us.

• Develop software for web and native applications in a dynamic, passionate startup team.
• Build solutions that are production-ready and used every day, ensuring they are technically solid.
• Flexibility in tech choices: Experience with tools like Python, Django, React, Tailwind, and AntDesign is a plus, but not required.
• Contribute to infrastructure and DevOps using tools like Traefik, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Independently analyze and solve problems, taking ownership of your work and finding proactive solutions.
• Focus on delivering working products that are used daily, instead of abstract plans.
• Get involved in all stages of the process, while developing both your technical skills and strategic thinking.

Is This You?

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with strong programming skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• A proactive and passionate developer who thinks critically, solves problems on your own, and doesn’t just follow instructions.
• Ready to make an impact in a startup by solving real, everyday problems with solid, working software.
• Take ownership of your work and has the mindset to find solutions independently.
• Passion for software development is more important than specific technology knowledge; experience with Python or React is a plus.
