Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN) with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in designing and building innovative web applications across our portfolio of projects—from internal tools to consumer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

• Translate product requirements into robust, clean, and efficient code

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high development standards

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions

• Stay updated with the latest in web development and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with the MERN stack

• Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), React hooks, and component architecture

• Proficient in backend development with Node.js and Express.js

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose

• Good understanding of Git workflows and agile development

• Experience deploying apps to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel)

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Self-driven with an ability to work independently and manage time effectively
