The Role: Full-Stack Developer (Laravel/Vue) 

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our compact, fast-moving development team and work primarily on the Mover Portal, our B2B SaaS tool that enables moving companies to manage leads, quotes, and communication with customers.

You’ll play a key role in both back-end (Laravel) and front-end (Vue.js) development, helping us evolve the portal into an intuitive, high-performance product that scales with our growing international user base. Next to this main project, you will also contribute to the agile development of our broader back-end systems.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional position ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership and building great user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to turn ideas into functional, scalable solutions. 

What You'll do:

• Develop New Features: Build, test, and deploy scalable features using Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js.
• Improve UX/UI: Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to refine user flows and front-end interactions.
• API Work: Build and maintain RESTful APIs that power integrations between the portal and our internal systems.
• Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews, contributing to a smooth and efficient development process. 
• Problem Solving: Tackle performance issues and bugs, and proactively propose improvements to the tech stack.
• Cross-Departmental Work: Work closely with product managers, customer success teams, and sales to ensure the portal aligns with business needs.
• System Improvement: Help maintain and improve our back-end systems and contribute ideas for technical innovation. 

We’re Looking for Someone Who: 

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP 8+) and Vue.js.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and REST API design.
• Experience working with Git.
• Comfort working in a remote, agile team environment.
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).

Nice to Have 

• Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular or React).
• Understanding of B2B platform design and user onboarding flows.
• WordPress experience (used in parts of our marketing stack).
