ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and autonomous Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering functional MVPs from broad scopes, thrives in ambiguity, and knows when to ask the right questions. You'll play a key role in creating intuitive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, and connecting external tools like DocuSign and Google Maps to enhance our systems.

HOW YOU’LL BE REWARDED

• Base pay: $110,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Front-End Development:

• Build and maintain intuitive user interfaces using React
• Leverage component libraries like Shadcn UI (or similar) to accelerate design and development
• Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering and efficient routing

Back-End Development:

• Build RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python
• Apply containerization principles using Docker
• Maintain clean and scalable architecture across services

Third-Party Integrations:

• Connect with APIs such as DocuSign, Google Maps, and others
• Familiarity with the OpenAI API is a plus

Execution & Delivery:

• Translate flexible or high-level requirements into functional POCs
• Identify and escalate critical unknowns early while independently resolving flexible unknowns
• Work iteratively to prioritize progress over perfection

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python
• Experience with component libraries like Shadcn UI
• Experience with SQL
• Familiarity with Next.js and Docker
• Proven ability to integrate and troubleshoot third-party APIs
• Strong understanding of RESTful service development
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Comfort with ambiguity, iterative development, and changing requirements
