Your Mission Conceptualizing and building AI-powered features for our cloud platform. You transform cutting-edge AI models into practical, user-friendly applications that streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Developing seamless integrations between AI components and our existing architecture, your solutions ensure efficient data processing and scalable AI applications. Ensuring great code quality through frequent code reviews and pair programming using an AI copilot. Working in a ShapeShift Squad with our product team to develop concepts and drive our mission forward. Your Superpowers At least 4 years of professional experience in web development. Proficient with modern MVC frameworks and PHP 8. You are comfortable working with these technologies and can leverage them to build robust, scalable applications. Knowledge about Vibe Coding and experience working with OpenAI APIs or equivalents using an AI driven development stack. Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, ideally, you have experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). You are comfortable in a bilingual (German/English) work environment. With our bilingual set-up, your daily business with engineers is in English, and company-wide meetings are in German.
