Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Python, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our web applications with a focus on modern web technologies and an interest in integrating AI and Generative AI tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers, to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building robust, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development (React):
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Develop reusable, modular components to ensure a maintainable codebase.
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and other third-party services into the front end.
• Backend Development (Python):
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with database engineers to optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Implement security measures and best practices for backend development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize server-side performance.
• Collaboration & Agile Development:
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow Agile development practices, including working in sprints and iterative development cycles.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Frontend Expertise in React, NextJS, Redux Toolkit, and MUI (Material-UI).
• Backend Proficiency in Python and building APIs or backend services.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes is a plus.
• Interest or exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude), and the ability to leverage them in product development is an added advantage.
