Job Purpose:

Full Stack Developer proficient in both front-end and back-end development for web and mobile applications. The role involves creating and maintaining the technological framework that supports our products, ensuring a seamless user experience across different platforms.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead projects to implement new services and solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality and standardization.
• Gather, analyze and refine business requirements into technical/functional documentation for solution packages.
• Provide operational support as required to maintain service levels.
• Adhere to internal standards and controls
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 6 years of related experience
• Proven software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and ReactJS.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Familiarity with server-side languages like Node.js, PHP, Ruby, or Python.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
• Understanding of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
