Job Purpose: - To lead the Application DevOps team in developing, deploying, and maintaining software applications with high efficiency and quality, ensuring alignment with the company's technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Oversee the development and maintenance of software applications using .NET, C#, Python, PHP and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with the customer Architect to design solutions for Applications.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documentation to guide project planning and implementation.
• Manage Azure DevOps services and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery processes.
• Knowledge in Secure Application Development
• Lead data integration projects using ETL (SSIS) or NET and ensure the reliability of data processing.
• Administer Azure App Services and contribute to the architecture and infrastructure design.
• Basic infrastructure knowledge in the Windows server ecosystem and insights on hosting solutions.
• Conduct performance reviews of team members and mentor them for growth and skill enhancement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration within the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Design and implement REST APIs.
• Work on SSO implementation using identity and access management protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and Open ID Connect.
• Maintain a foundational understanding of SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) to support cross-functional projects.

Qualifications: -

• Experience in software development and programming languages such as .NET, C#, PHP, JavaScript.
• Proven track record in managing Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in data integration using ETL tools/programming like SSIS or C#.
• Familiarity with Azure App Services and basic infrastructure in the Windows server ecosystem.
• Ability to create and maintain architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Strong mentoring, collaboration, and team management skills.
• Commitment to staying informed about the latest technological advancements.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, identity and access management protocols, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
