What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Build & Optimize APIs: Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs using Django & Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Develop AI-Powered Features: Integrate and fine-tune LLMs into recruitment workflows using LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, and vector databases.
• Enhance Front-End AI Interactions: Implement intelligent, conversational UI components using React and Next.js.
• Architect & Scale: Ensure efficient back-end processing, optimize database queries, and handle scalability challenges.
• Work on State Management: Implement advanced state management solutions (React Context, Redux, or Zustand).
• Develop Real-Time AI-Powered Interactions: Implement AI chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and document processing pipelines.
• Ensure Performance & Security: Optimize server-side performance and implement security best practices.
• Collaborate & Iterate: Work in weekly sprints, engage in peer code reviews, and continuously deploy improvements.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

🚀 AI & LangChain Expertise

• Hands-on experience with LangChain for building conversational AI pipelines.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral, Hugging Face).
• Understanding of agent architectures, vector databases, output parsing.
• Experience working with cloud-hosted AI models.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and tokenization.
• Ability to develop LLM-powered chatbots and AI-enhanced search systems.
• Experience handling AI rate limits, API usage optimizations, and cost monitoring.
  
  

🛠 Back-End: Django & Django REST Framework (DRF) Expertise

• Advanced knowledge of Django ORM, migrations, middleware, and Django architecture best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Django REST Framework (DRF): serializers, viewsets, permissions, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and throttling.
• Database optimization with PostgreSQL (query performance, indexing, transactions, and scalability).
• Experience handling asynchronous tasks using Celery & Redis.
• Strong understanding of Django security best practices (CSRF, CORS, SQL injection prevention, etc.).
• Experience integrating external APIs, OAuth authentication, and third-party services.
• Knowledge of scaling Django applications in production environments (caching, load balancing, async processing).

• Experience with Next.js for SSR, SSG, API routes, and optimized page performance.
• Knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, component-based architecture, and reusable UI patterns.
• State management experience (React Context, Redux, Mobx).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling WebSockets and authentication flows.
• Deep understanding of performance optimizations: lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and efficient rendering.
• Experience with modern UI styling frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar).
