Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex, scalable web applications to develop responsive user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS while ensuring optimal performance and user experience through advanced techniques like React Server Components and Suspense.
• On the backend, they architect and develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Java with frameworks like Spring Boot or Quarkus.
• Implement Micro Frontend Architecture to manage modular applications and ensure smooth collaboration between frontend and backend teams.
• Oversees the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, facilitating automated testing and deployment processes.
• Deploy applications on AWS and leverage containerization technologies like Docker to streamline development workflows and ensure consistent environments.
• Mentor mid and junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, and troubleshoot complex issues.
