Full Stack Developer with AI Integration Expertise

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of professional development experience plus an interest to integrate AI functionalities that deliver measurable ROI. We value practical experience over theoretical knowledge—candidates who have successfully deployed OpenAI/Anthropic APIs in customer-facing applications, worked with local LLM models like Llama/Mistral for cost-effective solutions, or contributed to frameworks like LangChain will stand out. Experience with AI-enhanced development tools such as Cursor and Windsurf aligns with our efficiency-focused approach. You'll join a stable team with predictable release cycles, working to thoughtfully enhance our proven product with AI capabilities that solve real customer problems while maintaining the reliability our clients depend on.

What We're Looking For

• Work closely with a team of developers and product managers to create new features and improve existing products
• Writing clean, efficient code that follows best practices and design patterns
• Contribute to development processes using test-driven development and continuous integration practices
• Take part in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions, helping design solutions that are scalable and easy to maintain
• Collaborate with the team to integrate AI into our platform, ensuring that it solves real customer problems
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of software development experience with a focus on NodeJS / Typescript
• Basic knowledge of event-driven and microservices architectures
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, etc.)
• Experience with any backend frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience in serverless and container-based technologies in AWS (Lambda, Fargate, ECS)
• Basic understanding of with AWS / Cloud Technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of agile development, unit testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery methodologies
