Position: Full-Stack Developer – Arlington, TX (Onsite)

Our client, a growing auto finance company, is expanding their development team and seeking two Full-Stack Developers to join their group of ten. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and/or Python.
• Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, React, and ideally Next.js.
• Design and optimize relational databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate closely with team members through code reviews, agile workflows, and online communication tools.
• Identify process or system improvements and contribute innovative, practical solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET or Python (experience in both is preferred).
• Solid understanding of front-end development with React and JavaScript.
• Experience working with relational databases; PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Work Environment:

• Onsite in Arlington, TX, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• One flexible hybrid day per week, excluding Mondays and Fridays.
• Ideal for self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team collaboration skills.
