Minimum Required qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5 to 8 years experience in Computer Science or applications.
• Strong knowledge of product design, software architecture, best practices and principles, SDLC Life cycle.
• Experience with prototyping using UX tools like Figma and testing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Project management experience is a plus

Key job responsibilities of the engineer:

What You'll Do

• Build platform tools & services to enable product engineering teams to deploy and run their applications (data pipelines, analytical applications, micro services etc) on AWS cloud
• Ability to build architecture using serverless technologies with AWS Cloud services, outposts, nodejs, python
• Knowledge of mobile app development using Flutter.
• Extensive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI studio, Claude, DepSeek etc.
• Routine grunt work on service requests to assist other teams with platform infrastructure.
• Team mentoring on various tools and technologies.

What You Know

• A minimum of 3+ years of solid working experience with AWS Infrastructure services with emphasis on IAM, Network (VPC, Subnets, Flow logs etc), EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, RDS, DynamoDB, Serverless architecture, and in general overall Security.
• Develop code on Edge board (Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano etc), Strong knowledge on Javascript, Node JS, Flutter, AWS cloud services are required
• Strong knowledge and implementation history of IAAC and automation tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Packer, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins or any other similar tooling.
• Experience in at least one scripting language - Shell (Bash, zsh, Powershell), Python, Javascript etc.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with other public cloud platforms like Azure and GCP is a bonus.
• Knowledge and working experience in implementing one or more Observability platforms like Prometheus, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk etc. to measure telemetry data like logs, metrics and traces.
• Solid professional coding experience in at least one programming language, preferably Java or Python.
• Experience with BigData platforms, like AWS EMR, Databricks, Cloudera, Hortonworks etc.
• Experience with open source technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, Spark, Airflow etc.
