TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

<Full Stack Web Development>

• Front-end: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Experience with three.js is a plus (to build interactive 3D/2D visualizations, including BIM visualizations).
• Back-end: Familiarity with building robust server-side applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Databases: Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., proprietary .ifc BIM datastore), Redis, or other in-memory databases for caching user/plant/BIM data.

<Mobile Development>

• Rich experience in cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin) for both iOS and Android.
• Ability to integrate external devices (e.g., 360 cameras, drones) for data capture and streaming.
• Experience fetching IMU data (Inertial Measurement Unit) to feed into back-end systems for positioning and analytics

<AWS>

• Ability to architect solutions and deploy services to the cloud (using SQS, EC2, and other AWS services).
• Familiarity with AWS deployment and scaling strategies.
• General knowledge of additional AWS services (e.g., Redshift, Lambda) is a plus.

<Python & Server Management>

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing, and back-end components.
• Comfortable working with Ubuntu (or similar Linux distributions) for development, deployment, and system administration tasks.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) on Linux servers is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, operate, and scale our flagship product, VisionBuilder, alongside a team of passionate researchers and engineers.
• Develop and optimize web and mobile applications for real-time BIM data visualization and integration with external devices.
• Architect, deploy, and manage AWS solutions (focusing on SQS, EC2, and related services) to ensure our systems are reliable and scalable.
• Continuously improve data flow, positioning systems, and data analytics through model optimization and cloud/edge deployments.
