FTNSS is the marketplace for short-term gym access — think Airbnb, but for fitness. We help travelers and locals book flexible, contract-free gym visits. On the other side, we give gyms a way to re-engage inactive members and generate new revenue, all without lifting a finger.

We’ve launched. We’re growing. And now we’re looking for a founding Full-Stack Engineer to help us take the product — and platform — to the next level.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Co-Lead development of our cross-platform Flutter app
• Build backend features using Firebase, Node.js, and GCP
• Help build internal tools and partner dashboards for our B2B workflows
• Ship fast — we work in tight loops with live feedback
• Work closely with product and design to shape user flows and features
• Lay the foundation for data collection, analytics, and recommendation systems
• Work with our existing dev team to build and iterate quickly.

🚀 You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Are a builder at heart — you love getting things done and into users’ hands
• Have 4–7+ years of full-stack experience and strong Flutter chops
• Can build fast and smart — and know when to optimize vs. ship
• Get excited about marketplaces, user experience, and network effects
• Bonus points if you’ve built or worked on marketplaces (B2B, B2C, or SaaS)
• Bonus if you’ve built dashboards, analytics tools, or internal data systems
• Care about product and take pride in well-crafted, scalable solutions
