We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced FSQA Manager to lead food safety and quality operations with passion, precision, and purpose. If you're a champion of food safety, a stickler for detail, and love making processes better every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead and support our FSQA Technician team to ensure daily food safety and quality assurance (FSQA) protocols are followed to the letter. * Oversee all FSQA operations across the facility, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, internal standards, and customer expectations. * Monitor key metrics and quality data, and take proactive steps to correct issues and drive continuous improvement. * Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, equipment, production tools, and facilities. * Jump in to troubleshoot and lead corrective actions when food safety or quality concerns arise. * Train, coach, and inspire team members on FSQA practices and policies, keeping quality front of mind every day. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Culinary, R&D) to ensure consistent and delicious product delivery. * Lead efforts to investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, implement CAPAs, and maintain strong client trust. * Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure real-life practices match documented protocols. * Act as a go-to expert for all things FSQA during internal audits and regulatory visits (FDA, USDA, SQF/BRC, etc.). What You Bring to the Table: * Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. * 5+ years of FSQA or regulatory compliance experience in a food manufacturing or meal production environment. * Certified in HACCP, GMPs, and BRC/SQF standards. PCQI certification is required. * Hands-on experience working with regulatory agencies such as the FDA, USDA, and third-party certifiers. * Proven leadership skills - you know how to motivate, mentor, and manage. * Strong communication chops - you're just as comfortable talking to executives as you are coaching on the production floor. * Highly organized and analytical - you thrive in environments where details matter. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. * Spanish/English bilingual preferred. Why Join Us? * Be part of a mission-driven team passionate about making a difference through food. * Work in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. * Help shape a growing FSQA program that puts safety, quality, and people first. Ready to roll up your sleeves and raise the bar on food safety and quality? Apply now and let's build something great together. Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
