A global investment private banking company is currently seeking a Front Support Office Analyst to join their Wealth Management team to establish oneself as a trusted solution partner to Front Office Client Advisors in providing efficient and reliable support on various operational activites and services

The responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic KYC review and perform AML controls to ensure due diligence and regulatory compliance
• Be responsible for name screening, document review, client account maintenance and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Process requests and perform controls over clients' payments, corporate actions and discounts management
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve open issues and remediate risks appropriately
• Understand the processes, ensure adherence to regulations, standards and company policies
• Support remediation activities and ad-hoc tasks in relation to the integration of the operating platform

• The requirements:
  1-3 years of working experience within compliance/KYC/CDD/AML/SOW (within Banking)
• Local HK / PR
• Can speak well in English / Cantonese / Mandarin
