Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of FSM programs across multiple markets and regions.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution, aligning timelines, resources, and deliverables with global service transformation goals.
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans, embedding operational and commercial requirements into each deployment.
  • Monitor benefit realization, analyzing service performance and financial impact throughout all phases.
  • Champion data integrity, leveraging your expertise in KONE tools and systems to ensure data quality and lead master data cleansing efforts.
  • Be a change leader, actively engaging local leaders, supervisors, and technicians in the transformation journey.
  • Own program/project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring accountability from planning through implementation.
  • Manage program deliverables in alignment with transformation objectives and facilitate integrated planning with all key stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous program oversight, ensuring transparent and proactive stakeholder communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Ensure market readiness, supporting the adoption and sustainable implementation of FSM in regional and local teams.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Solid background in program or project management, especially in service delivery or technical transformation
  • Understanding of field service operations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, data quality, and financial performance
  • Comfortable leading change management efforts and driving engagement across diverse roles and regions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from field operations to executive leadership
