If so, Forward Service Corporation is looking for a dedicated, resourceful, and community-focused FSET (FoodShare Employment and Training) Case Manager to join our Family Stabilization Program (FSP) team.

💼 What You’ll Do

As an FSET Case Manager, you'll be the go-to support for participants in our Family Stabilization Program. You'll meet clients where they’re most comfortable—whether that’s in their homes or community-based settings—and guide them on a personalized journey to employment and independence.

• Help clients identify their strengths and build actionable Employability Plans
• Offer one-on-one and group coaching for job search, career readiness, and retention
• Make meaningful referrals for training, education, and support services
• Collaborate with community agencies and employers to build strong, lasting partnerships
• Document progress and success with care and accuracy in state reporting systems
• Travel locally to meet participants where they are
  
  

🧠 What You Bring to the Team:

• A passion for people and a knack for motivation
• 2+ years of experience in case management, social services, or workforce development (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and state systems like CWW/CARES
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A strength-based, culturally competent approach to serving diverse communities
