We’re a leading digital projects company developing cutting-edge websites and mobile apps for major organizations and public tenders. We're looking for a Frontend Rockstar (React-focused) to join as a senior developer or team lead for our growing development division.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of 4–5 frontend developers
• Take part in building and managing 10–15 simultaneous projects
• Work with React, React Native, and Angular on large-scale web & mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Development and CEO
• Drive innovation, code quality, and delivery in a dynamic, young environment

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in frontend or fullstack development – must
• Deep expertise in React – must
• Experience with Angular – must (not just theory)
• Experience with .NET Core – significant plus
• Prior experience in team leadership / tech lead roles – strong advantage
• High motivation, ownership, and people skills
• From a tech company, digital agency, or enterprise – not military background
