We're moving beyond superficial swipes to facilitate genuine introductions and lasting relationships using cutting-edge technology.

The Internship Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to be part of a dynamic startup from the ground floor! As a Frontend Mobile Developer Intern, you'll work directly with our Technical Lead to bring the Pear iOS app to life. You'll gain hands-on experience building user-facing features for our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), contribute to a product that aims to genuinely connect people, and learn the ins and outs of mobile app development in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with the Technical Lead and design inputs to translate UI/UX designs into functional iOS application components using Swift/SwiftUI.

•⁠  ⁠Develop, test, and debug user interface elements for our core MVP features (e.g., onboarding, profile viewing, basic chat interface).

•⁠  ⁠Assist in integrating frontend components with backend APIs.

•⁠  ⁠Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development process.

•⁠  ⁠Help ensure the application is responsive and provides a smooth user experience.

What We're Looking For:

•⁠  ⁠Basic understanding of iOS development principles and some experience with Swift and SwiftUI (academic projects or personal projects are great!).

•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with version control systems.

•⁠  ⁠A strong desire to learn, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.

•⁠  ⁠Passion for mobile technologies and creating intuitive user experiences.

•⁠  ⁠Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
