We’re looking for a Front-End Developer who sweats the details and loves translating design into elegant, accessible, high-performing user interfaces. You’ll be joining a collaborative and skilled dev team working across React, Next.js, Tailwind, and modern web architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and strategists to create thoughtful, user-first digital experiences
• Translate design systems into polished, responsive UIs using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS
• Write clean, modular code and participate in peer reviews
• Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions, and solution planning
• Take part in Agile rituals, prototyping, and release cycles
• Troubleshoot, test, and support applications in production

What You Bring

• 5+ years of front-end development experience
• Advanced skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, and component-based frameworks
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility
• Experience working closely with design teams to bring interfaces to life
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS and modern build pipelines
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native or mobile development
• Background in design or formal UX/UI training
• Mentorship or team leadership experience
• Desire to grow into a practice lead or technical leadership role
