PayFuture lowers the barriers of entry and provides ease of market access for an e-Commerce merchant’s future expansion. We are growing at a phenomenal speed and have offices in the UAE, UK, Malta, and The Philippines.

About the job

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s passionate about crafting elegant and high-performance user interfaces. At PayFuture, you will work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to bring frictionless payment experiences to life. You will play a key role in building our next-gen customer dashboards, merchant portals, and internal tools.

As our Frontend Engineer, you will have these main objectives:

• Develop responsive, scalable, and secure front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js or Angular)
• Work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver cohesive and delightful user experiences
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and usability across devices
• Integrate APIs with real-time transaction and reporting data
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning
• Drive frontend best practices, toolchains, and component libraries

You will be a good fit if you:

• Have 4–6 years of hands-on frontend development experience
• Are proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and one or more frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• Are familiar with state management (Redux, Vuex, etc.)
• Are experienced in integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend teams (Java stack familiarity is a plus)
• Are exposed to frontend performance tuning and security practices. Prior experience in payment gateways, financial dashboards, or transaction interfaces is a strong advantage
• Have a good understanding of Git, CI/CD, and agile development workflows
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Bonus Points if you are -

• Experienced with WebSockets, GraphQL, or micro frontends
• Understand fintech compliance or user data security in UI design
• Familiar with design systems like Material UI or Tailwind CSS
