Breeze is a data-driven Insurtech startup transforming how cargo insurance works. Backed by leading investors and founded by an experienced team, our product is already revenue-generating and used by a growing base of global clients.

Our team is primarily split between Tel Aviv and London, working closely together in a hybrid model. English is our working language, and we value open communication, ownership, and a collaborative spirit across locations.

We’re now looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our Tel Aviv team and help build a modern, scalable UI platform. This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone who loves coding, solving real-world problems, and collaborating with talented teammates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain modern UI components using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship new features
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and planning sessions
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure performance and stability
• Help shape a UI platform that's intuitive, reliable, and scalable
• Contribute to our internal libraries and frontend architecture
• Improve tooling and developer experience where it makes sense

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development
• 3+ years with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with React Testing Library (required) and Cypress (advantage)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and workflows (advantage)
• Bonus: Exposure to backend tech like Python, SQL, or working with APIs
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• A pragmatic, collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• A sense of humor and positive energy :)
