Ideal candidates for the Senior React Developer role must have:

• Background in writing good and reliable user interfaces using React, strong Javascript and programming principles knowledge
• An appetite for technology and for delivering quality software products
• Curious about the business and the uses of development work

Key data for you to consider:

• 2500-4000 GBP per month, depending on role fit and experience level
• Yearly profit share
• Various performance and behaviour-based bonuses
• In-office or hybrid (partial office & partial remote)
• Office location: Cluj-Napoca
• Contract based on PFA or SRL with our UK entity
• Paid holidays

Responsibilities:

• Produce & document quality code using React
• Follow coding best practices i.e. leave code better than you find it & write tests
• Perform code review according to our internal checklist
• Work on assigned stories based on seniority level
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Follow-up on implemented solutions
• Understand the team’s product strategy

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of work experience in software engineering with React. Experience with other technologies such as Node.js, Typescript, or other user interface frameworks is appreciated.
• Relevant education and/or certifications in Computer Science
• A solid and in-depth understanding of the full lifecycle of web application development processes (from the layout/user interface to database structures)
• General knowledge of open-source software packages
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Romanian

Nice to have:

• Interested in and/or provides solutions in architecture design process
• Refining the development process/ keeping the development process up to date
• Interested in developing skills in new technologies
• Relevant bachelor's education or higher in Computer Science, Automation, or Engineering
